Hi there

A mate of mine has a 6n 1.4 8V 3 door, for sale CHEAP, but theres a few problems with it. Im just wondering if anyone can help me with finding soloutions to them. I did try searching, but couldn't find awnsers to everything. Thanks in advance.

1. The clutch peddal is "stiff" and squeaks, not major, it doesn't slip and no problem changing gears. What could be causing the stiffness? I read somewhere about the "pedal box"?

2. Rear drivers sides side widnow, there is a line of rust underneath it, with 2 little "holes", about the same size of a biro "nib". How can i sort the rust and holes out?

3. Rear Drivers side rear wing, has a big dent on it, looks like lots of little dents, could this be pushed out from the inside?

4. Slight rust on one of the corners of the boot. Its only a thin line, can this be sanded back and resprayed and coated?

If anyone can help, i'd appreciate it

just need to adjust the pedal, how much he selling for? also mileage? serv. history? the dents might not be able t be pushed out but dints arent hard t fill and spray, and do wt ya said about rust on the boot.

70k mileage, no Service history (friend has owned it a year, know its been looked after!), wants 250 for it, and has some mods on it allready, which is the main reason i want it!
