Can anyone tell me what my little VW Polo 1996 L DIESEL is ??? other than my daily run 'about' car...

I've ordered a Haynes manual to familiar myself with the car, but can anyone give me a quick run down of know faults and what to look out for???

Your 1.9D is a mk4 or 6n as it's known.
