What to do

Ok, the Polo I bought is 3 weeks old and as previously shown, had a rusty exhaust and a sticky starter motor (when cold) running on. Dropped the car back to the dealer to deal with it (45 minutes drive away, insure one of their loaners and pick the car up 3 days later).
So they fixed (replaced) the exhaust and "cleaned" the starter motor.
Well, the starter motor still runs on after starting the car (when cold and when luke warm, not at operating temp). So I can go through it all again (they have agreed to that) or I can just forget about it and change it myself when it gets really bad.
What is the consensus - go through the pain of hours of driving / borrowing a loaner etc or just leave it now and replace it when it needs to?
Got 3 months warranty by the way.
