What are these lights?

Does anyone know where to get these lights from and are they manufactured, or are they a custom creation? They just look like standard lights with a clear strip with LED's!!

There clear hella LED Lights sprayed red with the centres left

you'll have to source a set of clear Hella lights and get them sprayed. Or find someone selling them pre-made!

I just bought a set of these of a dude from Club Polo for £60 Bargain!! they really are nice! just need to mask of the LED section and Tint Now 
But yea Dude keep an eye out on ClubPolo they always pop up on there!
