Headunit and dashboard lights problem

Okayy
Ive fitted an Alpine CDE-9873RB (Yes i know, the cheap Alpine choice!)
And the unit works fine.
BUTTTTT, The main thing is. when the Radio is turned on, the dashboard lights for the Mileage and time light up, so do the Little arrows on the Electric wing mirror button thingy and the number plate lights.
I'll upload a video and some pictures soon.
I'm not too worried about it... Other than slightly more alternator usage
Should i be worried? And any way to fix it?
