6n2 16v Rear Disks. Hub or not?

Ok guys, but confused here.
My car is away at the moment but I need to order new rear hubs or is it disks? Parts catalogue seems to suggest that the hub and disk was replaced with one piece disk/hub on later 6n2 models.
What does my car have? It is a 1.4 16v 6n2
2001
I will be ordering new disks as well.
Thanks
Chris

what part are you aiming to replace. The rear disks bolt onto the rear hubs.

Do they though? It seems they are now one piece. The hubs and bearings are needing done. The threads a little worn on the hub and the bearings are shot. Disks will be getting upgraded no matter what.
I should know this but the one part I have never touched on my car is the rear disks.
Thanks Alex

The rear hub, disks, and bearings are separately replaceable parts - all can be bought individually
