Anybody seen these and the group buy on SCN, £175 delivered!

Just wondered what peoples views were on these and if anybody has one of these manifolds?

And what would be the gains from putting this on the GTI ?
Does it worth it ?
Would be a step to be done before upgrading the exhaust or after ?

Think i might get one at that price Kenny! ;)

RoSonic, INA quote 10bhp increase on a standard car with k03s plus the turbo spools up quicker, the bhp obviously increases depending on what other bits you've changed :)
