noise coming from rear

ok its lowered and miltek exhaust and it making a noise on that side when i have someone in the back on that side it has only just developed this noise really
any ideas

what sort of noise?
when does it happen? over bumps? all the time? cornering?
is it loud?
what side?

on passenger side
only if someone is in the back on that side
and sort of wheel rubbing noise but it only recently started have had it lowered for a couple of months now it started after a sharp right turn and happens over speed humps

check out the rubber bushes on the rear cross member where it is attached to the chassis the extra weight may be causing this noise which won't be there when nobody is in the rear. However this noise will get worse and will become noticable in time as the bushes become more worn. This is one possible solution it could be the rubber mount for the springs on the suspension it again could be worn and only noticable when weight is on it again both are easy to resolve just time consuming.
