Which company are you with?
I'm with Tesco who were the cheapest at the time, but I want to fit a new exhaust & chip. It costs $$$'s
Funny how they didn't charge me for bigger alloys or lowering.
I renew in june so I'll be phoning around, no doubt.

Get insured with Adrian Flux. I shopped round for quotes to fit a 20v turbo engine with koni springs and shocks alloys £600.00 worth of Ice into an S req worth £4000.00. Im 23 with 1 years no claims and an SP30. HIC quoted £3000.00 fully comp and £2100.00 third party fire and theft but Adrian flux quoted me £1400.00 fully comp and £745.00 third party fire and theft. other insurance companies wont insure you for modifications until your over 25. Any planned mods for the future ask your insurance company first to see where you stand.

do they have a website?

yes you can fill in the online form but its best to give them a ring. the phone numbers on the website. if you plan any future mods in the next twelve months ask them and see where you stand. It'll probably be the best quote as ther a specialist for young drivers with modded cars.

Liverpool Victoria wont charge your for engine mods that dont increase the cc of the engine (excluding NOS) and seem to be the most competitive. Adrian Flux will only insured a modded car if your over 21
