Guys
I have a polo 6n2 and have been looking at some wheels to replace the steels. The spec of the wheels i have been looking at are 15" x 7j x et33 stud pattern 4 x100. Right the questions are:-

Would these wheels fit my car with out any modification?
What tyres would you recommend that would fit with out silly amounts of stretch?
And finally how low could I go on these?

Any help would be appreciated :D

Alex

Yes. 195/45/15 is the correct size and will have a little stretch. You could go to 175 or even 165 depending what stretch you are wanting, but youll need to ensure the profile is correct.

Lowness - probably down 60mm id have said, but you may get a little scrubbing tyre dependant

Yep they'll fit no prob mate.

Like Alex said 195/45s are the correct fitment for these.

I'd recommend 185/45s or 165/50s though, as they look a lot nicer (IMO) and will eliminate any chance of scrubbing.

195/45s do the job.
185/45s for a little more room.
165/50s suitable for a lower stance and absolutely no scrubbing (I personally think these look best also)

If you go with 165s, go bridgestone only. The Kumhos and Nankangs don't stretch as well.
