negative camber

After i hit a wall recently i have been trying to mend my gti. i have replaced the strutt (ok condition) and track rod (banana like) but still have terrible negative camber.
Which component is likely to be causing this? As i am running out of options!

the hub, the tie rod, the lower wishbone. There are quite a few things that can push it out.

i have replaced the whole end of the steering rack, track rod and tie rod end. The wishbone looks ok to me, no signs of deformity or movement. The hub is a possibilty so im off to the scrapper for one later.

hmmmm i had a similar problem when fitting my coilies..
Basically i had a really dumb moment and when i had attached my coilover i had the whole hub assembly pushed too far inwards. So i undid the strut and pulled out the hub towards me as far as it would go, got someone to hold it there ( or use a jack) and then re attached the strut again, this fixed my problem. However the camber may not be perfect so you'll need to get it done professionally which cost me around £30.. hope this helps... this is my original post:

yes i can see how this would happen but my negative camber was the result of whacking the whole set-up. Therefore i had it before i touched the strutt.
If the impact has pushed it over then surely when i took the old strutt off it should have been very difficult due to the force on the bolts?
