Hi,
This is my first post on this board so hi to you all, I've had a 1999 1.4 Polo for about 6 months now and am starting to do it up a bit. I've put some lexus lights and clear front indicators and side repeaters on so far as well as a few bits inside like a new handbrake and gear knob etc. I was hoping to get the following things done and have got a few prices but I don't know if they're reasonable or if I'm being ripped off.
Tinted Windows - £180
Suspension Lowered 30mm - £150
Rear Spoiler - £85
Silver Dashboard kit - £66
Blue Dials - £40
Can someone let me know if these prices are reasonable?
Also I'm after an induction kit and some 15" alloys if anyone knows where I can get them fairly cheap.
Thanks a lot
Steve

Cool, I got pretty much the same car.
Ive just put Lexus Lights on, there lookin pretty cool. Im gettin clear indicators and side repeats. I got a Sony Xplod Amp and Sub, so its coming along.
I got a white one, compliments the clear body work.
That rear spoiler seems a fair enough price. Where are those tinted windows coming from?
I rekon you could get the suspension done alot cheaper than £150, I know someone who could do mine for £50.
Sounds like a nice choice.

The quotes for the suspension and tinting are both from a garage in Doncaster called Topgear.
I've put in a sony explode headunit and some 1000w 6x9's just waiting for pay day to get a decent amp and sub. Project for this weekend is the removing of the bumpstrips and rear Polo badge

What suspension are you getting £150? Seems a bit high for springs and fitting!
I got some coilovers going for £200 if you're interested

Fit them yourself no bother at all.

Well what I'd do is buy and fit the springs myself (not hard at all) and then just get the camber/tracking done at a garage. Should only cost about £100ish altogether that way. (at least mine was when I had lowering springs).
