Wing Mirrors?

Hi all,
Can someone please tell me how to remove the wing mirror covers on the 9n3 polo?

This was a big problem for me as well.
This is what I did, and it works pretty well.
At the bottom of the wing mirror (where the actual wing mirror cover meets the black plastic underneath the wing mirror) pull this outwards and the plastic should unclip from the base of the wing mirror, and then push up gently.
After that, instead of pushing the wing mirror in to protect them, push them out as you normally would have them when driving, and then push outwards again and it should be at more of an angel. When you have done this, at the end of the wing mirror (closest to the window) there should be apart of the cover which is exposes, get a firm grip on it and pull up slightly.
A bit hard to explain but I can get a picture for you if you want later on today.
