There have been a few posts on here about it. Think there is a lot more DIY work need to get this fitted but a few ppl have done it, a guy dan-ish who sadly passed away had one fitted but think he was good at working on cars. I would personally save up and get a Forge IC. Easy to fit with great benefits to cooling your charged air right down!

as you wish
i only had to cut a bit from the grill, and the right lower lamp holder. but not much.
and a plastic frmae that has no puposeat all had to be removed.
fitting was perfect.
result pretty nice. alot stronger in higher RPM.
he has no heatsoak anymore and keeps his power consitant every run.
hope it helps you, if you need something, ask and i'llbe happy to help

Nice job mate. What piping kit have you used though? Would you happen to know the part numbers for them, or have a link as to where i could get the pipe kit from? i really want this on mine

The pipe kit is From Forge.
specially made for this intercooler and for ibiza.
but ibiza is about identical to a polo so it fit's pretty perfect.
it's a new kit so it might not be on the forge website, The ordernumber is FMSKINT.

That kits been out for ages mate. I think the cost of getting a seat sport intercooler and Forge fitting kit comes to around £500. For that price you may aswell get the Forge one for the Polo which is £560...

i have the kit sinds last summer.
then forge told me the kit was a new product.
i have seen results from the forge ic, it's a good kit.
but if you have plans for going bigger as K04, you might be better of with something bigger.
the Forge piping + seat IC were pretty cheap
