They clear hellas sprayed red.

You get the clear hellas, then mask up the area you want clear. Then spray them.

There's specific light tinting spray you can purchase, not sure how good it is though as I've never had to do it myself.

you could try laminx tints they do stuff like that just google them
i got my front lights done with it in yellow.

Laminex would give you the best finish
