9n3 gti grill badge same as mk 5 golf?

Some wee knob has blagged my gti badge from the front grill lol. Does anyone know if the mk5 golf or even mk4 golf gti badge fits as a replacement?

Haha jokes... They should be the same size, as it is only a clip in between the honeycombe pattern that holds it in, and the mk5 grille is the same pattern.
