Hey guys,

Pretty new here, been looking at some of your cars and thinking of how low I'd like to lower my car when I finally have the money. Would it be possible for you to post a pic of your car and state the drop you've got on it front and back?

Thanks for the help.

yes mate they are 16's, no scraping at all even with 3 in the back, does the humps fine, handling improved aswell with no body roll, only negative is its slightly firmer ride but not uncomfortable

not actually a bump, it was more like the asphalt sank and formed a dent in the road hehe if you get me  . happened more then once actually. I think that sooner or later I ll have to remove the spacers because I am going from 14" to 15" so the wheel would be wider and cause more problems!! fu**en potholes

Standard shocks with eibach sportline springs here is where I got mine from, I believe it was a 50mm front and 35mm rear drop but its even all round.

how come you are using standard shocks? wouldn't the ride be bouncy and also damage the shocks?

I didnt bother changing the shocks because its not a huge drop, the lower you go the more likely you are to have problems on the original shocks. It doesnt seem bouncy to me, I suppose if money was no object then I probably would have changed the shocks aswell but all seems well at the moment

Thanks mate, there are cheaper springs out there from about £50 but eibach are renowned for their good quality and I would deffinatly reccommend them

Yeah I was prepared to pay around £200ish and then fitting cost cause I don't trust myself to put them on myself, I'd be paranoid they would come off round every corner! They sound good cause I still want that balance between comfort/road handling
