what tyres for ats cups??

Just brought a set of ats cups for my 6n but they didnt come with tyres included.
They are 15's, et28 offset and 7 inch wide so i need some help on what size tyre i need for these if anyone can help???
not sure if this topic has been covered before but im a newbie to this so.
also thinkin of droppin it 40mm on springs as i cnt afford coilovers at the mo so not sure if the tyres would rub??
