What have I ever done wrong!

Hey peeps. Havent been on for a while cos I've been working hard to pay for my car that seems not to want to get done!
First off my M3 mirrors were missing the bit that fits onto the new base plate which I found out from the garage that were fitting them after they had put them on and charged me £80!
Then the garage that were de-locking the car and fitting buttons to the mirrors said I needed to get a new latch because he'd broken one, the passenger door is completly jamed shut and the springs to help pop the doors open were too deep and nothing really works and I'm going to stop ranting.
Anyway the moral of this story is always check what your buying and probably find the time to do it yourself!
