9N Tdi front antiroll bar width

Hi,
Can somebody tell me what size antiroll bar mounts i need for a 9n tdi sport. Im getting a lot of squeaks and bangs from the front end and someone told me it could be antiroll bar mounts?!?

i think the standard one in 19mm. perfect opportunity to upgrade! got a whiteline front and rear on mine 22mm on front and 19mm on rear.

Front of the car is now making a banging noise when i brake so i need to get these changed asap, only trouble is there are a couple of choices:

Can anyone point me in the right direction? (i've got a '53 reg 1.9 tdi)

on my pd100 it was a 19mm arb. not sure if you would need the 17mm or 20mm aperture bushes. powerflex do these -
