Polo GTi, Black, 5-door 60k. Mint condition.

I keep saying I'm going to do this, so it's time I stopped faffing and get on with it.

This car has quite a reputation on UK-Polos. I have taken the upmost care with every aspect of getting the car to this level.

Description
Black 5-door 2001 Polo GTi. 1.6 16v.

Milage 60700 (my daily driver, so this changes)
MOT Until May 2010
Tax 6 months from april 1st.
Owners 3 including myself, I bought the car completely standard back in April 2007
History Full VW service history, up until I owned it in which I serviced it myself.

Important Work
Gearbox fully reconditioned at 48k Aug '08
Brand new SACHs clutch fitted 48k Aug 08
Cambelt changed at 50k Sept '08
Metal water pump replaced at 50k Sept '08
Bumpers were done in April '08
A rock chip and bump in the rear led them to be re-done (as well as the bonnet) in Sept '09

Every serviceable part has been changed over the last two services.

Modifications
Exterior:

Front and rear bumper strips smoothed
Red strip on front grill
Euro stubby driver's mirror
debadged rear
de-rear wipered
Retro fit Aero front wipers
Euro pressed plates
Rear badge insert colour coded
S2000 aerial
6000k DS2 bulbs
LED indicators/sidelights/fogs
35% tints on rear 5 windows

Chassis:

TA Technix Coilovers (lowered 85mm)
15X8 TH Monos with 185/45/15 Nankangs (minor curbing on 3)
Green stuff pads and grilled and grooved discs (only a year or so old)
OMP upper Strut Brace (lower can be included also)

Interior:

Full GTi trim
Black rear view mirror
Shortened doorpins
White LED festoon bulb
Audi TT pedals
VW Tax disc holder
Mark VII GTi red stitched handbrake
Black suede roof
Black suede A, B and C pillars
Black painted door seals.

Engine/Transmission:

1.6 16v 125BHP
BMC CDA with custom air feed
B&M Short Shifter
SACHs Clutch Kit
All bottles painted black
All caps painted red
Polished manifold shield.

Additional
The car was properly detailed by myself in Feb '09. Since then, paintwork has been kept Immaculate.
Car currently has aftermarket ICE, however will be sold with OEM speakers/headunit.

I've probably missed something out, if you know me and can spot anything please point it out 8)

I'm in no rush to sell the car, I still absolutely love it and it's running at it's absolute best. But by the end of this year I won't have the time to give it the attention it deserves.

I ideally want a mark 3 GT to tie me over for a year or so.

Then i'll be after a mark 1 golf 8)

Feel sorry for you mate having to sell such a nice car. I sincerely doubt the next buyer will give it the tlc you have.

its got a bumper that hangs low on one side and lots of swirl marks.

I haven't really done anything towards selling it recently dude. Although I still plan to. I need something more practical and 'professional' looking (as I'm now freelancing!).

It's all on hold for now though as I haven't had time to find or fund my next car (most probably a vRS), and by the sounds of it GTi's are struggling to sell at the moment!
