How do you get to the relays which sit at the back of the fuses? I think the relay for the horn has given up.

With great difficulty - theres a huge amount of stuff needed to be removed if you need to get right to the relays however, if you have a small enough hand, you can reach over the back and get the relay out.

It is unlikely the relay has failed - more likely to be the steering wheel press, the fuse, or infact the horns

There is power going to the relay as I can hear it click. I have run 12v directly to the horns and they work OK. I just can't figure out what the problem is

hmm how strange. Check the loom connectors near the pedals are all connected (the multicolored ones)

Just checked them and all appears to be OK. The relay (No 100?) is clicking still, could this be the culprit? There are some clips at the bottom of the realy panel do these help you to gain access?

The relay board requires a huge amount of under dash wiring and holders to be removed - it literally takes hours. You should be able to reach over the fuse holder, if you unscrew the two main screws on the front, then cut the cable ties holding the loom in place. That way you can move it all down enough so as you can get your hand to the relay board.

Ill check which relay the horn uses for you
