Coilovers have arrived! But is there something wrong :(?

Okay so my coilovers have arrived from EuroWagens.com.

I opened the box this afternoon just to have a little peak as you do :). And as I've opened the box I've seen red coilovers and not the blue ones that I ordered from the website!. Now I've done my research and found that you can get two types of JOM's coilovers both blue and red. I'm not sure what the difference is between the both but the red ones seem slightly more experience depending where your buying from.

Anyway are the red ones ok for my Polo 6n2 1.4 16 valve or do I need to ring EuroWagens up and get an exchange?

Here are a few pics of them. Please tell me guys what I need to do because my car is booked in for Tuesday to get them fitted!

Cheers
So here are the pics of all of them together including adjustable heigh tool thingy ;)

And heres another pic I just wanted to know what those metal bit are at the end? because the other two coilovers don't have them!

JOMs are made as either blue lines or red lines ( the red lines being made by a different company and said to be better so I'd be pleased hehe) but how come there is the TAtechnix logo on the C spanner?

this is what I found on another forum from someone who sells both
They're made by two different companies for JOM. Ive driven on both and I prefer the Redlines tbh. They cover a much bigger range also.

Some say the Bluelines are softer and lower a little more on MK3 Golf based cars.

The differences are marginal.

and if I am able to see well I can see the TA-technix logo on the rear coilies so be sure they sent you the right set you wanted as I heard that TA-technix are quite s**t tbo

Hmm... interesting I've tried to get through to EuroWagens but they don't seem to be answering there phone atm :/.

I've looked on that thread and I don't have those blue bits at the end of the collies like those red ones do so I'm a little confused right now. I hope there okay!

imo they are deffinitly TA-technix as they are identical to these in the link http://tuningart.de/SITE/index.php?opti ... 71&lang=en

I would be sending them back cos if I ordered JOMs I would be expecting JOMs

have a look at the coilovers and see if there is any name on them

those metal clips are for the holders that keep the ABS sensor wiring in place. Youll see when you take the old ones off what i mean

I spoke to the guyvat EuroWagens and ge explained to me that te technix is part of JOM and they are exactly the same cookouts just under a different name. He says they will feel the same as JOMS and all. So I'm getting them fitted next Tuesday so I'll keep you guys posted!

they are fine ok but I heard that they are stiffer than the blue lines so it is down to what you prefer

and I heard some bad reviews on ta technix but I cant say anything as I never tried any of the brands... goodluck with the build mate
