They are only 13 inch. But I was thinking would they look good and how much would i have to drop my coillies by to get the right height so it looks good and is pratical!

on 13" and lowered enough to look good the car wouldn't remain practical imo cos you need some serious drop for it to look good on that size of wheels

Hmm, yeah your probualy right. I actually won some schmeit revolution deep dish wheels on EBay with tyres. I got them for £250.
