Problems with Speedo displaying the wrong speed

I've noticed that my speedo seems to be about 15 mph slow for some reason. When I'm following my mates car at 40 mph my speedo's only registering about 25 mph !

I've not changed the wheels or suspension or anything else so I'm not sure what could have gone wrong. Has anyone had any similar problems and know what needs to be changed to fix it / how much it would cost?

not sure what the problem is but if i was you id get it sorted pritty quick. i dont thing the old bill would be that understanding!

Sounds like a trip to the stealer to me... (mind you I go there if anything goes wrong wit electrics)
