Hi everyone,

does anyone know if the gti speedo surrouds would fit on my 1.4 6n2 and if so where i could get them (VAG Parts? )

I looked into this for my Mk5 but they're part of the actual clocks - expensive! Speedo and rev counter are to different scales than our cars too which adds even more complication.

On another note, if you're after GTi parts, I'm taking all the GTi parts off my car

I have noticed new Lupo / Polo GTi clocks available on German ebay but once you have them, you'll have to dismantle them CAREFULLY. Rev counter and speedo will be out of synch. Also has display for outside temp which we don't have the setup for. It's complicated. Believe me, I've looked into it.

any ideas I would go to the vdub dealer direct but dont want to sell my car to fund the mod.

i've just had a quck search on the net,and couldn't see any.

i'll checkout some brochures tonight when i get home.

I'm 85% sure that you can get chrome dial surrounds for a Polo 6n2 on the web or by mail order somewhere - only thing is that they most likely wouldn't be OE parts... maybe you could find a breakers yard with a GTi and have a complete dash swap...? Just a thought

hey tigor if you are getting rid of gti parts does that mean you are selling the front fogs too?
