Exhaust options?

So i want to get a 'louder' exhaust, but nothing too much. just something that roars a bit when you put your foot down
havent got a clue where to start, or what kind of system to go for.
not really wanting a full system, maybe just a cat-back. i want it all to be hidden preferably tail pipes like this poking out the bottom
any idea where i can get something like this made up? and an estimate cost il be looking at?
would a powerflow dealer be able to make me something like this?
thanks in advance
Ricky

Hey man, I can't 100% say Powerflow would be able to make this up but I've heard very good things about them asking the seller exactly what noise, size, tailpipe etc they want. I bought a car with one of their systems on too. It sounded good to be honest, a nice rumble but not like all those Bigbore little engine cars you see going around and the noise got better but not overpowering when you put your foot down.

cheers dude, i hate big loud exhausts on little cars. my mate for some reason took his backbox off, normal driving it was quiet but when he put his foot down ther was a nice rumble, i wanted something similar. i know they have there own selection of tailpipes, but i really wanted the down turned pipes, i think il have to give them a call or pop down to the local dealer

Powerflow would be a good option mate, they also give you the option of a hidden tail pipe if you want.
They can make it to your required taste as far as the noise is concerned.
There are not many exhausts available for the 6N2 Polo's unfortunately, especially as they are now 10 years old.
I went for a Twin 3" tail pipes on mine with a Mongoose Cat back exhaust, very refined and perfect for motorway driving.
Ben,

I really like that Ben, remeber thinking that was well nice when you posted pics after it was fitted. only problem for me with a box like that would be scraping. when i park up at home, (park perpendicualr to a curb) its gona hit the pipes, it already scrapes my hidden one if i reverse too far by accident.
do you know how much rought powerflow would charge for a custom hidden pipe?

Yeah mate your right it would certainly scrape on yours, it does on mine from time to time even though mine isnt slammed.
Mine has got room to go up another 45mm though its just I will have to get a recess cut in the bumper.
Powerflow would probably charge you about £250 for a stainless cat back system with hidden tail pipe.
Their prices are excellent in all honesty, that £250 includes fitting too so very good.
Best to give your local powerflow dealer for a quotation.
Life time guarntee on poweflows too

My scorpion back box on my GTi is nice.
Around town its nice and then you let off the rev's around 4.5k and its has a nice roar.
On the motorway its nice. Not too much. Like some stupid corsa 1.0 I over took this morning. He gave me a nod, I called him a w**k
