GTI idle problem?

Over the past couple of weeks, ive noticed that after the choke knocks off from engine start, the revs drop down to normal. But then very slightly, the needle flickers up and down, only very slightly, there also a very slight vibration through the car.
Just wondering if anybody else has this problem, or had it and managed to solve it. Is it anything to worry about?
My GTI is still under warrenty with VW, but they take the p*** a little, like most stealers trying to avoid doing anything.
Any comments / help would be much appreciated.
Thanks Nathan

How small is the fluctuation?
Any chance of a video?
It would vibrate due to low revs making the engine rock.
What it like once warmed up? When the revs drop it is still warming so it could just be that?

Mine doe that mate, even when warm, sitting at traffic lights ect.. can feel a slight shudder every now and then and sometimes see the rev counter moving slightly

Oooh thats a relief then

Yeah its nothing major really, only just started to notice it really. It does it constantly, even when warm which is what made me wonder really.
Feel alot better now though, knowing most others have noticed it. Cheers for the responses guys,
