just installed my hids4u ultimate 5000k headlights over the weekens, look stunning but seem to point lower to the road than my original halogens

how do i go about raising them a bit,

i know inside the car, the electric adjuster is as high as it goes

and, i also know there are adjusters on top of the headlights, but do these adjust the light's height, and if so, which way do i turn the allen key shaped cutout in order to raise them up a bit

you mean adjusting the headlights without the use of the hight adjust button inside of the car on the dash?
so basicly, adjusting the lights...

there is a screw on youre headlight if you open the bonnet.
i'm not 100% sure but i thought it was a tork screw.
this screw is the one you need to raise or lower the headlight vision.
if i find some time and think about it i'll post pictures.
if this is what you mean :?:

about the direction, i thought if you turn left to right the light raises,
and if you turn from right to left it lowers.
park it in front of a wall and draw a line on it, turn on the screw and you will see wich way it goes, easy.

I think it would be better to get it aligned properly by a professional mechanic using the specialist equipment. Better to
save yourself some hassle instead of failing the MOT ;)

As Turbo said above, by using a garage door you could mark yourself some reference points and adjust accordingly
through the screws located on the back of the headlamp think somewhere top?!?!?

Think I've got to agree with POLOZ mate... My new bulbs did the same and I had to go to a garage as I couldn't do it. Your probably more patient than me though :-)

Awsome is next door to you.... Sure they would do it for for you for pence mate.

Alex.
