Right, im looking to get some lowering springs for my GTi but theres so many types out there im just confusing myself

I know most of you will say get coilovers but I can't afford them just yet, so I'm looking for some springs for a "cheap" fix..

Anyone have any advice on what brand to trust, what the best height to lower is?

Im thinking 30/30 mm but that really is just a guess as I have no idea..

Any advice/links to sites will be greatly appriciated

Thanks

Hi there! My friend is wanting to lowered his car and we're not quite familiar what type of springs are good. Seeing that most of you suggested H&R, I'm gonna look into it. Anyway, did you already installed the springs? Can you please show some pics of it? I'm just curious to see how lowered is it. :)

I also agree with above... H&R are very good quality springs. Also consider Eibach aswell as I had these and will be having them again.

Alex.

Eibachs are good but not so much when it comes to lowerage for us Polo Boys! Had a 30mm pro kit in my 9n and regreted it :(
