alright names chris but known as halpo by alot
still i started off with a very old polo... most people might
a- seen it at edition or
b- ...this months fast car
anyway heres pics
random vid at edition
http://vimeo.com/15954527
and the photoshoot for fc
was chuffed and happy with it...until the scottish winter popped up ... and a mot haha
so after long story cut short it failed mot and was gathering frost on the INSIDE glass too.... wins
so i gave up and realised need to go modern daily then realised a mate living near me was selling his mk7 bagged polo...ryandel
and on wednesday night it shall be mine
and after that the fun will start ...
starting with the following stuff
- wheel change
- interior change
- steering wheel change
and then hopefully it MIGHT get into ud if im lucky ...
now main qs for me so far is
- im looking at set of wheels at et30 , 8j wide 17" rims... would the rear wack off the struts / bags at all ?
- tempted on testing a mk5 golf gti interlago interior (seats , bench) but ive been told its tough .. anyone done it before or if it cant fit in the 9n what could.....scirocco? haha
cheers peeps:)

Coooool old polo...but loverley dubberley new polo. My old car also got ice on the inside of the windscreen last winter - so I thought, I better buy a new car before this winter - polo it was!
I like the grille on that new polo - is it part of the bodykit or can you buy it separate?

Thats the Bluemotion grill, can be bought from the dealers seperately.

8j would be too wide for the 9n3. May not pass the MOT.
I have 17" 7J Monza Golf Gti alloys. They are perfect for the 9n3.
Good Luck. Looks good!
Dan.

aint meaning having the 8j wide wheels on it for a mot btw im geting bog standard polo wheels for it for mot's soooo all good in that perspective just fact of this polo has borbets on the car at these dimensions
16"
7.5
et 25
and sit like this
so with the rims being et30 with extra half inch , reckon they could be sitting near enough same area

What are you on about! dont quite understand why people just make things up, 8j's would p*** on, my mate borrowed my wheels ive got for sale on here 17x8 front 17x9 rear and there was loads of clearance, this was with the rear adjusters out and the front coilies about a inch from lowest setting
