Polo GTI Breaking (Needs any parts??)

I have a 3 door silver GTI breaking, its currently a FULL car, no missing parts
A few problems with the car
when the car is in reverse, the reverse light will turn on but will not actually go backwards and first gear is abit of a struggle, but there is no whine from the gearbox and still pulls quite well??? (I think it may be the gear selector)
the drivers side electric window is abit dodgy but im gonna try to sort that out
I won’t sell the wheels or suspension or brakes till get rid of the shell (coz I need to keep it rolling)
the headunit is a weird vw double din thing, there is something wrong with the screen so isnt really worth anything, but i do have the gps cd that comes with it.
I am also keeping all the bottom bumper grilles and fogs and rear lights so I will NOT sell them
Apart from that, the bodywork is ok, it has climatronic AC, Xenon’s are fine, has the red doorcards has a 6 cd changer
It has heated cloth seats, passenger side works, drivers side does not, might be the switch or wiring i dont know
There is a slight twist with this though, any part you want, u need to come here and take it off the car yourself
Partly down to me not knowing where half the things are and partially due to me being pathetic with cars
cars done just under 150k

Seatbelts £10 each
Steering Wheel £70

Doorcards £70 - I will not split the doorcards unless you can sort someone to split them with.... same applies to seats
