MK2 Audi TT wheels??

Hi there, first post, my mother's recently bought herself a new polo, White 1.4 SE DSG.
Anyway it has on the standard 15" alloys and they look ridiculous (especially sat next to my TT on 19's!). They both have a similar 5 nut set up and have seen the polo on here with the 18" R32 alloys (looking fantastic) so was just wondering if anyone can tell me for sure if a set of 18" Audi TT alloys would fit on the polo and would it be just a straight swap or would it require spacers or something??
