need some hellp

i have recently brought a polo g40 witch is a fab car. it pumping out 185bhp at the wheel. the only problem is it on ally cats witch stick out the arch and has streched tyers on it. 175/50/r13. also has wheel spacers on it due to the wheels rubbing on the calipers and its slamed to the deck. its so uncomfortable to drive and grounds out on every thing.i want to raise the car up and put larger wheels on also get rid of the spacers. iam trying to find out what to do. can any one plaese hellp. pezG40
