Polo 1.6 Classic Cuts out when turrning wheels

Hi
I have recently bought 2000 Polo 1.6SE Classic with AKL engine.
It was fine for around 2 weeks, then suddenly I started engine and it started to have strange rev's dropping to below 500 then going back to around 1000,
now it wont start without pushing throttle and when I'm turning steering wheel it seems that rev's are unstable and if i turn wheels more, then it usually cut's out.
I have cleaned throttle body, changed spark plugs (these were black inside) and plugs leads,checked air filter, engine now sound's more stable but it still cut's out when turning wheels.
As well sometimes when I'm changing gears specially rear it seems to drop's revs as well and sometimes there is a rattling noise when trying to put rev gear on.
It seems to drive fine on straight line...

Any one have an idea what could cause that symptoms ?
