Hi All,

I have a 9n GTi and the fuse for the radio was removed by a garage (they meant to get the headlamp washers after all the cold froze them and the fuse blew).

I always belived that the HU was coded to the car's wiring loom in modern VAGs and didn't need a code - but it looks like it DOES need a code after all. Any ideas?

After a few on/off cycles this works.

How odd....

mine was the same said safe then turned itself off and the just worked? strange but not going to complain lol
