RS4 Alloys + Tyre advice please (6n2)

Hi. i will be getting some RS4 alloys for my 6n2. and need some advice on tyre choice.
as you can see i think i should go for 195/45/16 as im running standard suspension and don't wanna damage my rims with potholes so am choosing the 45 over the 40's.
would there be much difference in going from 40 to 45? apart from price
What are the best choice of tyre allrounder from this website tyre options please? would like ideally very quiet tyre too if poss...
was thinking...
195/45/16 VR Toyo Proxes T1-R + Flush Valves. all comes to £474.50 delivered.
