Loving the drive, so far, the noise from the 1.4 is lovely and throaty, almost V6 like, which is unexpected.

DSG is awesome, why did i ever doubt this ???

Done over a 100 miles driving around today, and thinking about taking her out again later when the roads are quiet again!!

I've just traded in an MY06 Audi A3 2.0TFSi S-Line which was mapped, I'm suprised how big the Polo feels inside in comparison, certainly a much nice place to be, although my only niggle so far is that the plastics on the door cards etc is abit cheap and nasty looking, but the 18k GTi is derived from the 10k S model so i guess its to be expected.

I've already got it booked for new car Prep at The Shine Factory at the end of the month and the Roof to have a Gloss black vinyl applied to match the panoramic sunroof.

Looking great especially like the sunroof. Not so sure about getting the rest of the roof done black as STD shows the sunroof off better however it's your car and your choice. Forgot the 11 plate was out today need to change mine as it's old now

Yes mate! full beast. black roof sounds wicked, black wheels at some point too?

I actually preferre the steering wheel with no buttons just my preference love the stereo though top man

it looks like earler models dont have climatic the one i test drove didn't either even though its meant to be standard

Climate is not standard its about £350 option, only air con as standard.

RCD510 is really great for controlling iPod etc and MFSW makes it even easier and safer. Don't need to take my hands off the wheel at all

Sorry missed your point, yes GTI comes with climatic as STD. Mines an early one as it arrived in Nov and it has climatic, also the demonstrator my dealer had in Oct had climatic as well so I have not seen one without until now.

Mine also has climatic its one of the first that was in the country :-$
