By having a decat is it going to turn on a light on the dash ? or is there a way around it?? as im considering getting a decat if there are no lights that pop up.
does anyone know?

You will get an emissions light with a decat
Only way to stop it is to get a custom map, or stage 2 map, which has higher parameters for the sensors

Isn't there a sleeve you can get ?? does anyone know or got one i remember a while back few people had fitted decats wondered what they did?

Not sure mate but if there is I'd be very interested, my emissions light is starting to annoy me
