VAG COM Codes?

I purchased VCDS-Lite in order to sort my retro fit Cruise Control out, which was pretty simple.. I found some instructions that just said "Login with 11 463"

So I did, and all was sweet with the Cruise Control

Is there like some kind of archive somewhere with similar login codes to do other stuff?

Like Central locking, anti-hijack ect?

Would be quite useful to maybe see some sort of list with codes on how to do each one?

Cheers

Ste

+1 for this. I'm toying with the idea of getting VAG-com at some point in the near future and having a list of possible codes to use would be excellent. Maybe a mod could make it a sticky if it gets going?

You dont need to login to change CL and anti hijack settings

Go into the Central Convenience module then Adaptation

login is only for recoding modules to accept new hardware installs.

Cheers Alex, never realised what the adaptation was for! :-D I thought logging in was the only way to change settings

I found the anti-hijack on channels 03 (Auto Lock) and 04 (Auto Unlock) but still can't seem to see the Central Locking 'one button' feature

Can you remember what channel it is or what it's called in the Central Conv. > Adaptation?

Thanks

Weird. It's "supposed" to be 00064 (mine was), but all's well that ends well!

Ash :)

I thought the 'save' feature was blocked in the VCDS-lite version both registered and unregistered?
I wasnt able to save the changes for the anti-hijack feature in my GTI. Although i am using the cheap ebay version.
