Hey guys, just joined the forum so thought id introduce myself
My names Andy or Mac don't overly mind.
I'm 17 at the minute, 18 beginning of next year.
Not actually got my driving licence yet but iv'e done 14 hours lessons and a fair bit of private land driving so should be doing my test pretty soon.
I left school last year and joined the Army straight away.
On 18th March I passed out of phase 1 into the Corp of Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) and I'm
now based at Hazebrouck Barracks in Arbourfield, Reading training to fix helicopters. (Any regular meets round there?)
I got my Polo beginning of this week. Its an N reg 1.4 CL (what does cl mean?) 5 doors in black. It had been stored in the back of a barn for 6 months so was covered in dust, dead plants etc. looked pretty sorry for its self. i got it for £275 with 5 months tax nd mot nd a full tank of petrol
.
to begin with I got it with the intention of getting br from a to b untill i broke it or it died, but after giving it a good wash nd a bit of a polish, i fell inlove with my little polo
so now ive got a list aslong as my arm of things i wanna do to my beloved.
Admitidly, not everyone will like what i do to it but to be honest, its my car nd im not gonna force anyone to look at it.
but anyway heres a few pics of the day i got it

Things to do list;
Lowered (thinking 50mm front 60mm rear on adjustable shocks)
Alloys
Exhaust (mine blows in mid so will prob replace the whole thing for stainless steel powerflow + decated)
Possible induction kit?
Fog lights
Leather Interior (if itll fit? seen one on an openair)
new dash (with carbon wrap)
fit 3dr front seats
debadged
rear window tints
clear indicators
Angle eyes maybe? kinda on the fence with em atm.
Checkerboarding on either roof and or bonnet
New rear bumper, that metal thing just aint doing it for me
refurbed stereo (oem look with uprated internals)
sub in the boot, uprated speakers all round etc.
nd more.
Wanna aim for something like this,

Anything else anyone can think of?
all input is welcome
Thanks
