how do you remove door trim?

HI, 2dr 2006 polo what is the procedure for removing drivers door trim? switches Etc: Something inside has started to mark the window when opening,any ideas.

is it the 9n or the 9n3? i dont suppose there that different but if you have the 9n i can tell you exactly as i just had to do mine

damm you!
i have manual
there are 4 bolts at the bottem take them off, pull the plastic harmrest cover and there 2 bolts there and then pull it from the bottem up and unclip the electrics behind it
done!
