I think it's down in Newquay (sp?), we caught a bit of it the other year. Usually tons of VW campers around. A good laugh!

I went last year with hubby and my sister and bro in law. Went on their VW Camper.
It was excellent fun. I'm not a camper by any stretch of the imagination so this was quite an experience!
Definately get yourself down into Newquay on the Saturday and Sunday afternoon's there's loads of VW bugs and buses cruising the street and lots of water too
There was a heavy police presence last year on the Sunday and they stopped alot of the water antics but if it does happen this year it will be so funny.
Haven't had such a laugh in years.
We stayed on the actual "Run to the Sun" camp - can't remember what it was called now. It was very busy and absolutely no room to move between tents! The entertainment was OK but I really went for the surfing.
Go and have a great time, if the water pistols are out - it is so worth it!

Top weekend, but for the first time in 6 years I won't be going....

Just came back! (well yesturday)
Was a very good weekend.
Begining to loose its VWness, Too many Jap Crap and Barry boys turning up now!
I went loaded with About 600 water balloons!!!!! Filled up my back seat with plastic boxes and filled em all, (Asda had 150 water bombs for 97p!!!!)As well as the super soakers!
The Show and shine was good, I liked the Lowriderz, I don't bother with the Proper camp site bit, (Its called Tregughn or somthing, I just call it the one near Porth) Newquay is only an hour from me and ive Loads of mates down there i can stay with anyway. Regularly go down for the Surf and Nightlife!

yes mate i went down in my polo gti! what a fab weekend! had lots of fun stayed for 3 days really sun burnt
i know what u mean by there being loads of crap saxos and french s##t! loads of fit girls!
It took me 7 hours from derby!

yea it was good am definatly going back next year can't wait,
loads of police about but no real trouble, too many boyracers about for my liking though!
still great time had by all can't wait for next year bring on the next show of this year
