6 Speed conversion

I'm interested in doing a 6 speed conversion on my 9N3 Gti and I'm looking for some information.
I know there are a couple of guys on here who have done it.
Which gearbox did you use? Was it the 02m box? What is it from the Ibiza cupra?
And was there any other parts required? If I was to do the box I would probably do the clutch and flywheel at the same time.
Anyone give me a rough estimate as to how much I would have to spend to do it properly?
Any info appreciated chaps.
