Audi TT comp wheels/ tyres combo?

Hey fello polo'ers, 
just purchased a real cheap mint set of TT comps for my mighty 9N3 1.9 diesel polo. Thing is not sure what tyres to run on them! Gotta be 45's cause the wife uses the car sometimes, pondering in between 195's and 205's. Liking the euro style but the wife most probably will kerb the wheels at some point!! It's running on H&R lowering springs and TBH it's fairly low, maybe an inch from the tyre at present. How far out will the speedo be running 45's too?
