mkIII polo 1.6 GLX spares or repair

Hi, I have for sale my mkIII polo 1.6GLX. Unfortunately the cambelt snapped and the head has bent valves so is a non runner.
Good points:
only 72,000 miles on the clock
gearbox and clutch all in good working order
Brakes, suspension, radiator, power steering, all interior electrics work faultlessly.
Has the 16v clear indicators and front and rear bumper
Bodywork is good, only some minor surface scratches from its 15 or so years of being driven
VW Polo alloys all with good tyres - 2 on the rear have only covered 2000 miles
Recent service including oil, filters and plugs
Interior is in good condition
Has MOT until December
Looking for £150 for the whole car.
