6n2 tdi front anti roll bar, what fits?

Does anyone know if the gti anti roll bar fits straight on a 1.4tdi? Is it the same part anyway? Or has anyone fitted an aftermarket one? The one on my new car is very corroded/manly on one side and needs replacing! Thanks.
