A Bit Smokey?

I have a slight problem with smoke on my Gti, I can't say it happens a lot and as far as I can tell I am not using sill amounts of oil but I am using oil. I have noticed the odd puff of smoke from the exhaust when accelerating hard, it looked more black (fuelling) than Blue (turbo) and my exhaust tips seem to get carbon'd up quite quickly, also its a white car so doesn't show up on the bodywork it I drive quickly and the car smokes.
Car is stage 1 remapped but did notice it do this once or twice when it was standard
