Rolling Arches

I have a 1998 6n with bilstein shocks and replica borbet type A wheels with 195/45/15 rubber. Problem is the ET is 15 and the wheels poke a bit meaning the car fails MOT. I am fed up with changing the wheels every time my car needs MOT so thought I would get the arches rolled. Has any one else had experience with this and if so is it possible to make the wheels fit.
