Any one know a good place to get a edition 30 steering wheel from ? apart from vw dealers

To be honest.. I wouldnt get a 30ed just for the red stitching.. I spoke to an Ebayer and he was able to give me a mk5 gti wheel, without the red stitching, yet brand new in box for 210£
(shipping included). He will also mark it as low value and get it through customs if that is a prob for you.
I'll be happy to give you his email if you want one. He has superb service and is a trusted seller!

It's not an Edition 30 wheel if it doesn't have the red stitching?
Try German eBay mate, sometimes turns up good stuff like this.

No, it's not.
I really wanted one, but considering the ed30 wheel is at least 2x the price I got my regular mkv gti wheel for, it's not worth it. The main reason I changed wheel was to get the superb feeling of holding that well-made sport steering wheel. And I totally love mine! Wont regret it. Ever. Sooo smooth wheel
I'm also uploading a how-to on youtube today/ tomorrow since this is a common mod. Hope some people get some help from that

You mean Ed 30 wheel?
I would guess 350£ ish. I think the price is quite alike when it comes to ed30 vs regular from dealer, but for some reason you can get regular wheels from non-dealers a lot less expensive :S
Dunno if it's the right one, but this number is somehow connected to the ed30 wheel; 1K0419091DDXAN

Get a mk6 gti wheel much cheaper on eBay look better too
